hOW DID THE SERIES BEGIN?
D’Vo The Codex began not as a standard studio pitch, but as a calling from Houston artist D'Vo, who initially channeled his personal faith journey and spiritual reflections into hip-hop and soul tracks. As the music evolved, he envisioned a narrative world where spiritual battles, real-life trauma, and divine purpose played out visually. Translating these visions into fully animated, music-driven comic books under Element 11 Media, he birthed the anime series to give viewers a visual mirror of unseen spiritual warfare, bridging kingdom truth with urban fantasy.
wHERE ARE THE SOUNDTRACKS FROM?
The anime soundtracks come directly from D’Vo, the creator of D’Vo The Codex. Rather than sourcing external licensed music, D’Vo composes and produces the soundtrack himself, seamlessly bridging the themes, rhythms, and emotional weight of his original music directly into the anime's storyline and character journeys.
WHO IS THE PUBLISHER?
The series is published by Element 11 Media, a Houston-based multimedia agency. The company is owned and led by D’Vo, who serves as CEO while creating, writing, and producing the music and world behind D'Vo The Codex.
