- We use third-party vendors to print and ship our anime apparel. Standard shipping rates apply as follows:
USA/Canada: 3 - 5 business days after fulfillment
United Kingdom: 3 - 7 business days after fulfillment
USA/Canada Rates: $4.75 for the first item. $2.20 for the second.
United Kingdom Rates: $4.59 for the first item. $1.50 for the second.
Returns: Returns and refunds are only granted for items damaged. You may qualify for a refund if you never received your item if your address was correct.
Return information is included in your packing slip. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please include a picture of the damaged product.
